What to know about Dr. Mac’s Micro-Needling Facial Cocktail
MICRO-NEEDLING – Also known as Collagen Induction Therapy, it uses the skin’s ability to heal itself by puncturing the dermis of the skin with a microscopic needle, triggering the production of new collagen. Micro-needling is suitable for all skin types and colors. Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring sugar found in your body that binds to and absorbs water while giving fullness and plumpness to the skin. Hyaluronic Acid is only one of 6 ingredients in this facial. Since your body makes less hyaluronic acid as you get older, adding this topical to your micro-needling treatment increases hydration to absorb into the skin, and increases the skin’s ability to utilize these nutrients, leading to plumper, smoother, and youthful skin results.
LED LIGHT THERAPY – Dr. Moretz uses a Medical Grade Powerful LED light that penetrates and absorbs deep into the skin, stimulating collagen and cellular regeneration during your facial.
It’s one of Dr. Moretz’s favorite non-invasive facial treatments because it helps naturally slow down the aging process if done regularly with ample results. Best of all, NO downtime!
